No audio on webcam IM netgear router

Hi when I try to use my webacam on Windows live messenger I have no audio.
Now I think the very same thing happened some time a couple of years ago with
my previous netgear router, then the router went down and got replaced with a
netegear wgr614v9. It was some simple stupid setting in the router causing
the problem. I just for the life of me find it on the web to change the
setting. Anyone out there know anything about it? thanks Rodger
