No Background Color

I have three contacts that are online. One of their conversation windows
comes up with no color scheme at all. It is all white except for the icons
and text. This happened with the upgrade to 8.0 (build 8.0.0812.00). The
other 2 come up with a color scheme of whatever I have picked by clicking on
the paintbrush icon.

This only happens for this one contact.

Any ideas?

It continues to stay white.
