When you have the system booted up go into Add/Remove Programs in the
Control Panel. For XP SP2, put a check in the box that says " Show
updates ". Scroll down for the latest date when the updates were
installed. Uninstall them one at a time to determine which one is
causing the issue and post back with the KB number of the culprit, please.
