I went to start, accessories and have no command prompt available to select.
I then checked under system tools as well and still no command prompt. I can
open a window using help, but then I do not have ability to run as
administrator. What simple thing am I overlooking? Thanks!

Rightclick the desk, and create a new shortcut to CMD. Drop it in the start
menu folders.
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories
