1. When I point to the time (Lower left corner) I use to see the day, date
appear. Now when I point to the time all I see is a white box that is 90%
hidden behind the time. Can someone tell me why and how can it be fixed.

2. Also, the minimize, maximize and close boxes at the top of the screen
have gotten smaller. They were "Normal" yesterday. How can I reset them to
their noraml size?
