No desktop,just the backgraung.

<<< Hi experts; It is being a week since I removed WXP-SP2. PC prompted to
restart,"ok" was clicked,the restarting procces is done until I enter my
windows PW. A busy sound is heared, then Windows goes to the background then
a busy sound is heared 5 to 6 times, then evrything stops, showing just the
backg..., desktop neither taskbar are shown. I have used all F8 options,
except prompt command (I don't know how to use it), and it is been
unsuccessful. If there any soluton for my problem?
