In MICROSOFT UPDATE, after using "Custom Install", has anyone noticed that
the "Details" link at the end of ALL the update summary descriptions doesn't
do anything? For months now I've had to manually copy and paste the KB
article number into search to find the in depth articles. All other links on
the results page, such as those in the left navigation pane and the "Review
and Install Updates" link at the top of the page work perfectly. Java
runtime is the latest version. All pop-up blockers are off and IE running in
"Trusted Zone" with default settings. No blocking form Norton IS when I
checked. What gives, just a forever broken link, overloaded servers,...???

Why didn't you add this to your original thread instead of confusing people
with a new post?

I have run XP since its introduction and this is the first time I have had any
kind of problem. I am sure MS will get to the root of this problem soon. If
you want "better programming" you can always write your own OS.
