Unfortunately, saving your data will be a problem in this situation since
you have no way to access the data.
Depending on how important that data is, you may want to purchase another
hard drive to replace the current drive. Reinstall the OS on the new drive
and then install the original drive as a slave. You can then access the data
that is on the original drive from within the new installation.
