No E-Mail server proble?

Hi,

My Daughter cannot receive e-mails. She is on XP Professional outlook and
works off a server. Internet and mail out is Ok. Any ideas?

Hi - no, sorry, not with so little information. This is a DNS server group.
I suggest you contact whomever hosts her email (the ISP) for technical
support. Or post in a group for Microsoft Outlook and include exact error
messages and settings.
