no error message just says could not be installed

For a few days now i tried to install windows update KB793923 micro visual
ctt2005 service pack update. I have the windows update icon, in the toolbar
saying its ready to update. I click it, then it extracts some files ,and all
seems well, after 30 seconds it says Could not be installed, and the icon
comes back to my toolbar.No error message.I have restarted the computer ,
which has no effect. I have gone to the windows update page, it tells me this
is a high priorty update.I did notice the size of the update is 0kb or
something like that. Seems odd but not a computer wiz here. I have windows XP
home. Any help out there? Thanks

Thanks PA BEAR, That worked. Fixed my problem.It only took 5 minutes total.
