No fax icon present on Windows Vista Home Premium

I bought new PC of Windows Vista Home premium, now it's beeen upgrade to
Vista SP1. When I want to try to sending fax but I can't see fax icon on
Control Panel or ALL PROGRAM. So now I can not send and receive fax, I am
so upset with this problem.

How to send and receive Fax from Windows Vista Home Premium, please help.

No fax in Home Premium. You gotta buy Ultimate or Business for that or
use a third party fax program like Snappy Fax.

Alias

Windows Fax and Scan is only found in the Vista Business
and Ultimate editions, not in Vista Home Premium.
Consider purchasing a dedicated fax program such as Snappy Fax:

In lieu of FAX being available in your edition of Vista, these should do
the job...
