No 'Get More Winks' option v8.1

Hi
I have v8.1 running on Vista, and have no option to add more winks. I have
tried Tools, Winks - and the Winks window comes up (with Default winks and
Winks in there), but has nothing about Get more winks - only Preview, Remove,
Send, Close and Help.
Is it my location (New Zealand) - if so how do I change it - and should I
even have to?? Had this problem since install, and connected properly.
