Perhaps you are sending your messages to Bill gates
directly, without including the check for $3,000,000,000.00

Seriously, if you are referring to the error reporting
service that pops up when a program has a problem, you
should know that those are used to track problems in general
and Microsoft does not email you any answers, it is not tech
support. You will notice that there is often a link on the
page after you submit the error report that gives general
suggestions IF a solution is known.

BTW if you send a mess, what do you want back. BTW2, Micro
is Smith Micro or some other Micro,
