No Image appears-only a small box with a triangle, ball and sqaure.

You know what I mean... I got an email with a picture and the small box
appeared. What program am I missing.I also get this small square when
I go to windows "help" as well as an email I receivedWhat do I need to
do to open up so I can see the image. thank you
