No incoming audio

I've upgraded to Live Messenger and no I don't have any incoming audio but
the outgoing audio works fine. I have run the audio setup and am unable to
hear the test signal when using the Soundmax audio but can hear it when using
the Bluetooth audio. No matter which audio method I select I do not receive
incoming audio.

Anyone having a similar problem?
