Image," you may be unable to install certain programs. When this problem
occurs, you may receive the following error message:
The Directory Name is Invalid.

This happened to me when I restored an image on my Vista Business Dell laptop.

I followed the instructions according to this:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932142

After entering the instructed text in the command prompt I receive the
following error:
BUILTIN\USER: no mapping between account names and security IDs was done
Successfully processed 0 files: Failed processing 1 files

What can I do so that the processed file is successful? I know I typed the
instructed text correctly.

Thank you for looking.

Cheers,
John

Did you copy the instructions from MS page and paste them into the command
Prompt replacing the user account name only?

This would have minimized the chance of an error. If you did not do it and
just typed all the letters yourself the chances are you messed it up
somewhere.
