Hi,

Before that's worked fine before Windows Live Messenger, It was possible to
talk and see my contacts, now it's no more possible. The cam is still ok.

But no problem with skype then it's not the hardware.

Live messenger configuration look good.

Any idea ?

Thanks,

Greetings Gabe,

Is it that they just can't hear you or that it's not connecting at all?

Hi Gabe,

Ah. You and your contact might try turning off the QoS Packet Scheduler. To do so, click
Start, then click the Control Panel. If you're in category view click Network and Internet
connections then click Network Connections. Right click your network/internet connection,
then click Properties. Uncheck the QoS Packet Scheduler, then reboot and try again.
