No new computer in WSUS windows

My WSUS 3.0 computer windows show 348 computers and not more !!!

If I install a new computer on my network, It doesn't appear in WSUS
computer windows.

If I run the command wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow on this new
computer, It appear in the WSUS computer windows but an another computer (the
last one) desappear.

I migrate my SQL database from Windows Internal to Express 2005. No change.

Any idea ?
