Hi Guys
Don't know exactly how to explain this but here goes.
In messenger live 689, under the heading that says, Carl says If no one
types again before i do ,my message goes under the last Carl Says instead of
a new heading. The person i am talking to ,it does the same on my machine.
I could have half dozen statments
all under the same heading if my friend don't send message to me after each
message i send.
Is this by design or do i have something going on here that shouldn't?
This don't look like a good thing, because the person reading don't always
look at last recieved message and is waiteing for new message.
Hope you understand what i am trying to explaine.
Thanks

Yes, this is by design. Personally, I like it, if only because quite a few
of my contacts send me tiny messages in bursts and with all the headers
being included, I found it took up a lot of extra space for nothing. It
would be nice to include the option to turn it off, though.

You can turn it off.

Tools, Options, Messages, 'Show "contact says" before each message'

To quote Shakespeare, "my bad." In my defence, I wrote that post after
having just returned from a long flight and a 2 week holiday
