When I open Control Panel->Performance Informsation and Tools I get a blank
window

I thought I was suppossed to get a Performance Index or something, All of
the tools are avaiklable

Processor E8200, RAM 2G, Disk 250G Seagate
Vista Business SP1

Count yourself fortunate. All the Performance Index *feature* is good
for is to aggravate the crap out of yourself.

Im having problems getting my windows experience index to refresh.
installed new ram and now when I refresh it starts and goes to the stag
of Running the Direct3d ALU assessment and then just sits there. I lef
it go for 3 hours and nothing happens. Please help!!!!

Remove the stick and retry running the experience. If it works the RAM you
bought is either trash or incompatible

Maybe the new RAM is bad.

You don't give any information at all about what you did or what your
hardware is, but if the new RAM replaced the old, and if it has two sticks
and your computer can run on one stick, try the new sticks one at a time.

If you added the new RAM to the existing RAM, take out the old RAM and try
again.
