No Reply or Forward function?

Can't send newsgroup messages anyplace but back to group. Neither
reply or forward work. Thanks!

Hi, JK.

Latest version of WHAT?

Windows Update updates only WINDOWS. It does not update Microsoft Word or
Adobe Photoshop...or WLM.

Windows Update (WU) does have an option to become Microsoft Update (MU). On
the WU screen, click Change settings. On the next screen, check the box
under Microsoft Update; this gets updates for other Microsoft software - but
not for every MS product. Windows Live updates might be available this way
later; they are not available here yet.

The best way to get current from where you are is to follow Winston's links,
or go to the Windows Live Essentials page:
http://explore.live.com/windows-live...tials?os=other

The WLE page will not offer earlier versions, only the latest, which is
currently Build 15.4.3538.0513. Be sure to update every component (Mail,
Messenger, Photo Gallery, etc.) that you want to use; the WLE suite of
programs does not allow "mix'n'match" of elements from different builds.

default email prog, then imported my contacts, now all is working OK!

Did WLM 11 latest version(the version you posted with) not find your WLM09
contacts (that were in use in your prior version of WLM 09 QFE2) ?
- I ask, because WLM11 on first use should have found them (WLM 09'c
contacts) and created entirely new local Contact databases regardless of
using the default mode contacts (No Live ID sign-on to Live services) or
the Live ID contacts (which would have downloaded contacts from the Live
server to build the local Live ID database)
