No SBS2003 & W2K3 Automatic Updates

My SBS2003 and W2K3 server are not able to automatically update?? I am
however able to manually access www.windowsupdate.com

The Event Log is full of the following warnings, can anyone advise me what
is not working and how I can correct this problem please?

Description:
Unable to connect: Windows is unable to connect to the Automatic Updates
service and therefore cannot download and install updates according to the
set schedule. Windows will continue to try to establish a connection.
