No solution for error message 8024216

I received an error message for update KB905866, error 80242016. When I
follow the instructions to go get help, all I get is a list of 23 errors for
80242016, but not which one I am to follow. Also, when the install
instructions are followed, I get that my system does not require the update,
however, it is listed on the list of affected software for Vista Home
Premium. Any Help.
