No sound

as above i have no sound, and im not sure what drivers i need, the mother
board is a abit kn8 sli, i have installed the nvidia drivers for it, and i
have tryed the realtek drivers but that didnt work either.

Hi,

It's the realtek drivers you need. Check Abit's site for their latest ones,
or try the sound card manufacturer's site. Also check the device settings to
ensure that it is not disabled or muted. Physically check all connections as
well.

If you only recently lost sound after the last bunch of updates, you need to
go to this website and get the fix.. click on the download button , and
follow onscreen instructions..
