No streaming after Vista SP1

I am getting no sound or video thru streaming after installing Vista service
pack 1. I have a ACER E700 Q6600 2GB RAM. I followed the instructions on
vista support site about no sound issues after installing SP1 and reinstalled
the new sound driver and no luck. I tried everything, installed codecs back
again, just to see if it's gonna make a diffirence but no. Any kind of
streaming video or audio will not play. I have no problem playing any other
saved avi or mp3. Just streaming is the problem. I suspect SP1 changed a
setting with IE 7 or WMP and caused this problem. Please help!
