We run a case management system that has a COM+ application (called Exchange
Agent) that sends appointments and tasks to our Outlook calendars. The users
who run Mobile 5 have no problem syncing these items. However, employees with
Mobile 6 have NO appointments or tasks from this Exchange Agent appear on
their Mobile Outlook calendars. And we are unable to roll-back these phones
to WM5.
Is there a solution? I've searched high and low. Both the carrier and
application vendor both say it's Microsoft's problem. Is there some setting
inside Exchange that I can change to get these syncing? Don't want to go to
BlackBerry but may have to for an enterprise solution.
