NO TABS

When I sign in to live messenger only two tabs are available instead of the
full bank of tabs. I can not use them if they are not visible. I have been
using Verizon Web Calling for a while now until today 08-11-07. The tabs are
missing in both my accounts. Can some one HELP me with this most irritating
problem?
