That is what it says:

Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp.071130-1427: Service Pack 3, v.3264)

From some of the other comments to this post, I seem to get the feeling that
something is missing. What is the problem??

Does this mean that I should be downloading SP3 and reinstalling it??

If so do I have to uninstall the present one, or just load over it??

That was it!

I downloaded the latest SP3 from MS and installed it.

All is working now. I have 63 new high-priority updates installed.

I didn't. Do you see your post quoted ? No. I'm just glad posts are
appearing given the state of the forums/NGs these days.
Anywho, proinwv has resolved the updating issue by applying SP3 to
replace the RC of it.
