"No Updates Were Installed" Win2K

For the past few days, I've been unable to update anything. No matter what
items I select, it downloads them, then tells me instantly that "No Updates
Were Installed" and suggests that I try again.

When I look in \WUTemp, the subdirectories have been created, but they are
empty. When I look at the log file, I always get a pair of lines like the
following for each item:

2004-08-27 01:36:24 08:36:24 Error IUENGINE Digital Signatures
on file C:\WUTemp\com_microsoft.Q832483_MDAC_x86\ENU_Q8324 83_MDAC_x86.EXE
are not trusted (Error 0x80096005: The timestamp signature and/or
certificate could not be verified or is malformed.)

Any suggestions?
