No video in Messenger

Ok, I searched probably like many of you did. I got bad CS support from
Logitech and Linksys.

Problem: My camera works fine on my PC, but it is not recognized through the
Live Messenger. I do have a router. Is there some ports or something I need
to configure?

Any help is appreciated.

Your router shouldn't have anything to do with detecting the camera. It
doesn't show up in the tuning wizard? What is the model of your camera
device?

Another possiblity is ZoneAlarm. Are you using it? If so, there are mounds of
problems with ZA and Messenger Live.
