I have Windows Vista and Windows Live Messenger 8.1 installed on my laptop.
While I'm connected and want to start a video call or want to see others
people webcam, no picture appears on the screen. It says "connection
established" and "Webcam Sponsored by..". The others can see my webcam just
fine, but I can't see theirs. What is the problem?
My video connection while using Skype is working just fine, working in both
directions.
I've checked my firewall and anti - virus program and I can't find a problem
there.

Can you help me?

Thank you very much
Kiril

Not an answer, but I have EXACTLY the same problem. No matter who calls,
with LM I cannot see their picture; with Skype everything works fine.
