Hi ! sorry, it probably seems a stupid question, but I'm going crazy...
I have searched everywhere, faq's forums blogs k.b. but I'm probably the
only in the world with this problem...
the windows EVER open themselves small size and horizontal, I keep resizing
them bigger and vertical every second to see more files (I use detail view)..
I've tryied EVERYTHING but nothing change...
please, if someone could help me I will be grateful forever !!!
thank you
alberto

See this tutorial for how to make Vista remember your folder view settings.

People keep referring to this same fix for getting Vista to remember window
sizes..... but this fix rarely works for good. In almost every instance, it
fails within 2 or 3 reboots of the system.

I seem to have fixed most of my folder forgetting problems with XdN Tweaker
from http://xenomorph.net/ suggested (if memory serves) on this NG a couple
of weeks back. May it work for you! Doug.
