No welcome screen

I have Vista Home premium on one test computer and Vista Business on
another.

Both have Admin with password and a User with admin. No problem there.

Now I add a Standard user to each of them and Home comes up with welcome
screen so I can choose the User I want.

But on Business it just keeps booting up to User with admin. I have looked
everywhere and can find nothing to allow the Welcome screen at logon. I
don't want fast user switching.

Help !!

Galen

Galen,
You may have the business machine set to bypass name/password.
In a command prompt type
control userpasswords2 (and authorize program)
In the user accounts window that results under the user tab:
examine the box for 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this
computer".
You probably want this box checked.

Michael
(vista home premium)

That did it. Thanks
I had looked at that but since standard user has no password I didn't think
it applied.
