I checked the ActivXtray, the toolbar was set to on there.
I opened the menu in IE7 and do'nt find Windows Live Toolbar there under
Screen, Toolbars.
I repeated this after checking the ActiveX out and removing the program in
the programremoving tray. Than I downloaded the program with execution and
found me in the same position as before.
Probably it is easy to repair, but I don't know where to search. Maybe it
has nothing to do with the update. Can you help me?

IE Tools | Internet Options | Advanced | Browsing | Enable third-party
browser extensions (must be checked/enabled).

Right-click on a blank area of the IE toolbar | Unlock the toolbar | Check
(select) Windows Live Toolbar option | Reposition all toolbar components as
desired | Lock the toolbar.

If no joy, uninstall Windows Live Toolbar via Add/Remove Programs and reboot
| Reinstall via a fresh download.

Hello PA Bear, thanks for your help,

I did what you asked me to do, but not the part to reload with the browse by
third partys set to on. (Never set that one on first load.) I did reload but
without that option, I just realised, so I still will do that.
Checked the third parrty option and looked for the toolbar option in the
menus, but did not find it anywhere.
Here you can see the report from the update service, the toolbar update
started again while I removed the program and gave it a fresh download. I
never did a link here so I give it a try:

<iframe scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" frameborder="0"
style="width:240px;height:66px;margin:3px;padding: 0;border:1px solid
#dde5e9;background-color:#ffffff;"
src="http://cid-7a891f0519f62d4c.skydrive.live.com/embedrowdetail.aspx/Public"></iframe>

Doubt that this is gonna work! I made a cross-post where I put the same last
embedded, 'not knowing what the crosslink is for, sorry if mistake. Thanks
again for your help.

In some of a wierd way you helped me out Pa Bear,
In my last message came this link to the jpg on the updatelist. I tested the
link, doing that, logged out of my live accound for SkyDrive to come there
like public. And see when I started the link, a new tab was opened, the list
apeared and, whath the Windows Live Toolbar came on.
My starttab opens MSN and that opens my account, probably the toolbar only
opens first time, that it is installed, when not signed in to
Windowsaccounts. I can understand because of Messenger, Hotmail and the
personalised Live.com. Think it should be stated that Live toolbar is first
installed with the virgen IE or signed out of MSN services.
Thank you for guiding me out.
