No Workstation Appear in WSUS

I have install WSUS in both AD and in non AD Environment on Windows 2003. In
AD environment I did configure Group policy setting as outlined in Microsoft
Documentation. The Problem I have is that, I don't see any workstation/pc
in both environment.

I would very much appreciated in someone could tell me why computers don't
apprear in Wsus page?
