No Yellow Icon in System Tray

normally when i log in the yellow icon in the system tray appears cause i got
it configured to notify me of updates but it didn't show up

I tried to run the .exe file of it but it didn't come up

any ideas??

It's now working i wait for awhile and now it appeared
