Have you checked their website for update Vista compatible drivers and
software for your model phone?

I'm syncing a Nokia 6235 with my Vista Home Premium PC and it
occasionally throws a hissy fit and drops the connection. At the moment
I'm using infrared while waiting for a USB lead to arrive, so I'm hoping
it is more reliable with that. You don't mention what type of connection
you are using - cable, infrared, etc, but I strongly suspect the latest
Nokia PC Suite is not quite comfortable with Vista at the moment, even
though they say on their web site that it is.

As with any new operating system, if all else fails, wait a month or so
for things to catch up. Hope this helps.
