Non Administrator Windows Update

If there any way for a computer to receive updates without administrator
access. I can only update computers with the administrator login. Please
advise.

That is WHY there is an administrator account! To keep people from
messing with the computer that do not have the right levels of
security! IF you ARE the administrator log in as one, if you are not
then get one.
