NON-LINKING FROM E-MAIL/NEWSGROUP LINKS

A new problem has come up. Whenever I click on a "Link" (underlined in blue)
in Windows Mail, I get NO response. I'm using Vista Home Premium. There's
no longer an automatic linking to the originating websites.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting somewhere on the Control Panel
or Windows Mail where I can instruct the program(s) to go to the link and
open
it (or store it)?

This function used to work, but I had to do a system restore yesterday and
now
there's no longer an auto-linking back to a website. What did I do (or
should I be
doing)? Suggestions?

Ed Thomas
