Hi Amiirah,
Simple:
Uninstall Windows Live Messenger and reboot.
Use Explore. Go to your \Temp Folders and delete all files. In-Use Files
cannot be deleted. \Temp folders are located in your Windows and User ID
Identities. Then run Disk cleanup.
Finally, before reinstall of Windows Live Messenger, clean your Windows
Registry, using your Registry Cleaner. If you don't have one, you can
download one at
http://www.tune-up.com . It is called TuneUp Utilities 2007.
It comes with a free 30-day Trial Period.
Use its TuneUp Registry Cleaner.
Reinstall Windows Live Messenger. Download the newest version before you
reinstall it.
