Non Server Items Syncs Only Once When Device Put In Cradle

I have been able to successfully sync with our 2003 Exchange Server and have
this running for Inbox, Calendar and Contacts. One question concerns the
"other stuff" - Notes, Files, Favorites, Tasks...

When I put my Dell Axim x3i in the cradle everything syncs - both server and
PC based items. From that point forward the server items sync by their
schedule (5 minutes) but the "other stuff" doesn't sync again unless I
manually request it. The settings are for continuous sync when cradled via
the USB connection.

Any suggestions on how to get the "other stuff" to sync continuously (or on
a schedule) when my Axim is in the USB connected cradle?

Thanks

TEMc

Make sure in the desktop Activesync app that the Desktop schedule is set to
"Continuously"
