I have a problem running a full system scan with my NAV 2003. I have Window
XP on my desktop with SP2 installed. NAV runs through other folders, but when
it comes to C:\Windows\java, sits there forever.

My XP is fully uptodate. Same is the case with my NAV, as I have the live
update turned on.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Open your Control Panel, double-click the Java icon,
then empty the cache.

You should download the newest Java software, available
free, from Sun Microsystems:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Make sure to uninstall the old version of Java first.

I don't see a 'java' icon on my control panel. Actually, I have not installed
Java on my PC. I don't know where this C:\WINDOWS\java folder came from. I
used to have Java Runtime Environment, but I uninstalled it sometime back.
