Norton Antivirus

When i shut down my pc i get the message "active movie window" i then get a
choice to "end now " which i press. I then get the message "ccapp" and again
"end now". I have win xp home 2.8ghz and 768 ram. I also have norton
antivirus 2004 installed and have shut down the scan floppy option in norton.
PLEASE HELP!!!

ccapp is nortons auto protect.
