I have downloaded and install the software, my problem is with the other user
accounts a location wizard keeps coming up, even after following the promts
it will not go away. and then it becomes very hard to log out. I have
activated the parental controls to try ang fix no luck. any ideas??

Another thing WHY did you get NIS, you should have gotten NSW better
programs and has alot less problems. NIS blocks most programs and it is
very hard to get it to allow the ones you want. Besides that a hardware
firewall and the Windows Firewall are good enough

they are just the user accounts used by my family members it's not networked
I had no problem on mine.

It was just a update thing' as yet i have had no problems running any other
software the only prob i have is thisblocation promt when the other accounts
are used

You can setup limited accounts and admin accounts. Limited accounts can not
change system info(I have seen this problem with NSW on limited accounts).
Not sure if this is the user accounts you are using. (limited accounts can
not install programs or modify the firewall settings)

Unsure of account type, I know i have supervisor rights the rest were set up
as normal user's, after going through the location wizard another box pops
up, saying script error invalid call or argument hope this makes the problem
clearer

Sorry maybe I should restate the question what are the Windows XP user
accounts?
Not Norton Windows.
