Norton Internet Security and Print Spooler problem

After I install the Windows XP print spooler patch, Norton Internet Security
prompts me to set internet access priviliges for Print Spooler. After
choosing "Automatically configure internet access" or "Permit Always",
everything looks okay. But when I try to right-click anywhere in Windows, I
get the hourglass and Windows locks up. Can anyone help me with this problem?
