I updated my norton and ever since, I have not been able to send email
outward, it scans for too long, or at times it says it times out and
sometimes it will say The SMTP server returned an error. Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: ' 68.61.42.41 has too many connections ( 2 ) on sccrmhc12', Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC60 I do not know how to fix this,
have called isp they don't know, and called norton, they cant help, tried
everyone, my husbands laptop is doing the same thing after he updated his
norton too. we use outlook express as email, please help!
