Not able to hide unwanted updates

I am annoyed by some updates I choose not to display and there isn't the
"normal" box to check for the option of hiding these updates. Anyone else
finding that on some updates, they've taken away the option to hiding them?
It's just frustrating to have the same unwanted updates show up all the time.
Any suggestions as to how to hide or remove an update that you don't want to
download?

What happens when you right click on the unwanted one?

Windows version? Which updates? Are you referring to Windows Update
website or Automatic Updates?

When you get the icon that there are updates to be installed, click on icon
and then click on custom install , it will give you a chance to remove the
check from the box of what is going to be installed.
