Not able to load SP2 on XP

When I go to download SP2, it downloads okay...but when it goes to install it
on my computer I get a pop-up saying that Microsoft is trying to access my
computer on the 1st line and the next line it lists the last 5-digits of a
credit card (that I had closed back in July). I have made 4 attempts to
download and install SP2. I am running Norton Antivirus, Norton Internet
Security, and Spybot software along with a built-in firewall on the cable
modem. Any suggestions?

Are all those tools you mentioned updated within the last week?
If not update and run again.
