not able to open Vista after installing Graphic card

I have Windows XP Professional and Windows Vista Ultimate. I have puchased
new Graphic card.....XFX Gforce 6200 256 mb memory its AGP graphic card
Windows Vista
Now when I insert New Graphic card and disable in board graphic card. it
will give display but whenever it comes time to open Windows Vista I got
Blank black page for some time. After some time I got blue screen error
message (not able to read error message) However After this, I restarted my
computer in a safe mode. there I got following error message.

What I did is I renstalled Windows XP on my computer by inserting same
Graphic card. installed properly. Now when I play any movies my computer
hangs and I have to restart to check all over again.

Now, again I removed Graphic card and enable inboard graphic display. able
to watch movie and also Windows Vista is working is fine.
I thought there might be the provblem with graphic card and replaced from
the manufactureer.
Now Windows XP is working fine...but Windows Vista unable to open same blue
screen error message...
I want to use Windows Vista please help....
