Not all reoccurring appointments synchronising with Active Sync 4.

A user has Office 2003 and Active Sync 4.5. Windows Mobile on a HP HX2490B
Ipaq.
After the first appointment all reoccurring appointments are not appearing
on the PDA?
Some appointments appear in calendar on Ipaq but not all for that day?

Resolutions tried to date:-
Hard and Soft reboots of PDA.
Removal of Active Sync along with clean boot of PDA and reinstalling and
recreating profile (all other profiles deleted beforehand).
Deleting appointments in outlook and re-synchronising checking the removal
on the ipaq and then recreating.
Detect and Repair in Office 2003.
Checked the filter option under menu in calendar on the PDA is set to do not
filter.

Hi,
There have been reports of problems synchronizing reoccuring appointments
without an end date. Try setting an end date and see if this allows them to
sync.
